 A new sunroom enclosure provided a new and updated look to an older home in Sun City, Arizona. The new sunroom addition was part of a face lift plan that also included new landscaping work as well as interior remodeling. The homeowner selected a modular sunroom enclosure for the additional living space. The HOA approved the design and the exterior white color which compliment the existing house. Part of the new exterior design was the new patio roof coverts on both sides of the sunroom addition which increases the use of the backyard. The owners, Judith and Noel decorated the new sunroom addition into a warm and inviting living space.
